Roles

Who we’re looking for

We welcome interest from people with strong values, excellent communication and a commitment to safety and child-centred practice.

Contact & Family Support Officers

Facilitate supervised contact, supported changeovers and transport, keeping children’s safety and wellbeing at the centre. Prepare clear, objective contact notes and reports.

Community Support Workers

Provide in-home and community support, including personal care, domestic assistance, social support and transport, aligned with individual goals and plans.

Babysitters & Childminders

Provide safe, engaging care in children’s homes so parents and carers can attend work, study or events. Follow routines and provide age-appropriate play.

Support Coordinators

Help people understand their goals and funding, connect with providers and keep services working together around the person and their family.
